A doctor of chiropractic care, I offer a natural approach to health and well-being without the use of drugs or surgery. I use hands-on manipulation of the spine and other joints of the body to improve function and mobility, as well as stretching and strengthening to improve muscular function and health.
My patients are encouraged to look at all aspects of their lives that influence their overall health and well-being. My philosophy of care emphasizes prevention and I incorporates positive patient education and every office visit. I am trained in nutrition and ensure that my patients understand how their diet affects their overall health. I work closely with family physicians, pain management, neurosurgery and orthopedics in treating neck and back complaints such as torticollis, intervertebral disc herniation and neural foraminal stenosis. I am also trained in soft tissue technique such as Graston and Kinesio Tape which aid in treating a vast array of injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, lateral epicondylitis, plantar fasciitis, shoulder and knee complaints, trochanteric bursitis, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) syndrome.
I have been recognized by the American Academy of Family Physicians for my work as an instructor in the Family Practice Residency Program. I was the first Doctor of Chiropractic to be awarded hospital treating privileges at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and Aurora West Allis Medical Center.
