As an endocrinologist, Jolita Satkus, MD, is specially trained to diagnose and treat diseases of the endocrine glands, and to treat complex conditions that involve multiple systems within the body. She takes care of many conditions, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, metabolic disorders, hormone production and more.
Dr. Satkus received her medical degree from Vilnius University in Vilnius, Lithuania, and completed her residency and endocrinology fellowship training at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science - Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Ill.
Dr. Satkus speaks English, Lithuanian and Russian.
In her free time, Dr. Satkus enjoys playing tennis, skiing and traveling.
