"I chose to specialize in family medicine because I strongly believe in treating the whole person. I have an open, interactive, and approachable style, and help patients make informed health care decisions that make the most sense for their individual circumstances. I treat patients with respect, dignity, kindness, and with their best interests in mind."
I earned my medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York. I went on to complete an internship in family medicine at the Naval Hospital in Camp Pendleton, Calif., and a residency in family medicine at St Joseph's Hospital in Denver, Colo. I have been board certified in family medicine since 1991.
I see patients of all ages - from pediatrics to geriatrics' and provide preventive medicine, internal medicine, wellness care and well-child care. I also treat acute and chronic illnesses as well as depression and anxiety. My areas of interest include chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease; skin disorders; and minor office surgery.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy music, working out, biking, and many other outdoor activities. I also enjoy traveling, and would like to do more.
