"My goal as a massage therapist it to assist your body to perform better and recover faster by reducing pain and discomfort, increasing mobility, and enhancing your quality of life. I work to correct soft tissue imbalances and relieve muscular pain that limits the body by finding the source of the issue rather than simply treating the symptom.
Everyone's bodies are unique, and therefore, I develop individualized treatment plans specific to a patient's exact needs by encompassing a variety of modalities and techniques. I value educating each patient about their body and work with them to achieve lasting results. I really enjoy seeing the immediate and long term changes I can make in my patient's lives. It is such a rewarding field to be in and I am grateful to have the ability to help so many people."
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from St. Norbert College, De Pere, Wis. I then went to ASHA School of Massage in Atlanta, Ga.
