John Belland, DC, follows an evidence-based, active-care model of chiropractic care. He has a special interest in correcting the function of spinal injuries and identifying ways to stabilize and strengthen the spine through the use of chiropractic manipulation, spinal rehabilitation, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques. His goals are to get his patients out of pain quickly, get them back to their activities of daily life and to promote and sustain their own health through the performance of simple exercises.
Dr. Belland has been in practice since 1997. He completed his chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
