I believe in a holistic approach to medicine, addressing each patient as a unique individual and not just a medical diagnosis. I strive to treat every patient with the same level of care and compassion I would give to a member of my own family. My approach is collaborative, forming partnerships with patients to help them better understand their medical conditions and empower them to lead healthier lives.

I provide integrative primary care for entire families and people of all ages. I offer a variety of office-based procedures and treatments including: colposcopy, IUD insertion/removal, Nexplanon insertion/removal, endometrial biopsy, joint injections, Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) for acute and chronic pain, Cryotherapy and minor skin procedures and biopsies.

My areas of interest include integrative medicine, chronic disease management, lifestyle medicine, women's health, family planning and adolescent medicine.

After earning my medical degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Ill., I went on to complete my Family Medicine Residency at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wis. I am board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians. I have additional training by completing the Integrative Medicine for Residents curriculum through the University of Arizona in Tucson.

In my free time, I enjoy painting (watercolor and acrylic), reading, knitting, jogging along the beautiful Milwaukee lakefront, yoga, SCUBA diving, and exploring different cultures and cuisines through travel.
