"I look forward to establishing personal relationships with my patients, viewing the pursuit of optimal health as a joint endeavor. My definition of health takes into account mind, body and spirit. Therefore, I believe it's essential to include a discussion of each of these entities when helping patients create their own health-related goals."

I earned my medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. I completed my residency training at Aurora Family Medicine Residency Program in Milwaukee, Wis. I also received a certificate of training in residency from the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. I am board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).

While I love caring for patients of all ages, I particularly enjoy helping individuals establish healthy lifestyle habits as a preventive measure. I also enjoy providing all aspects of women's care in a safe and comfortable setting.

I live with my husband and young children in Waukesha County. Our family enjoys being active in our church and community, visiting the local farmers market, hiking and cross country skiing and attending Brewers games. As an individual, I enjoy running, playing tennis, gardening and music.
