People have extraordinary potential to make positive changes in their lives and in the world. I strive to empower the individual to explore issues of concern, develop goals, create solutions and take action to pursue a lifestyle of holistic wellness.
As a behavioral health provider, I provide individual, family and group psychotherapy for patients aged 15 through adult. I am experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy, evidence-based trauma treatment (CPT, PE) and solution-focused therapy and therapy for patients experiencing military/combat-related issues, trauma, mood disorders and health issues.
I served in the U.S. Army as an active duty psychologist, working with soldiers, family members and veterans. I have a special interest and experience working with issues that impact our military and first responders.
I earned both my MA and PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL, and completed my internship in Clinical Psychology at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Hawaii. I am licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, running, reading, writing and music.
