I believe that every woman has the right to complete and compassionate healthcare. It is my responsibility to educate women regarding the potential outcomes of all health-related options and develop an individualized plan of care that respects the needs and desires of the patient. I recognize the normalcy of women's life cycle events while offering evidence-based treatments and interventions for current or potential health concerns.
I earned a Master's of Science in nursing with a concentration in midwifery from Marquette University and I am certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board. I also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry-biology from Ripon College and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. I have now returned to Wisconsin after serving in the United States Air Force Nurse Corps at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. I am skilled in preconception, prenatal and postpartum care. I provide contraceptive counseling and management, well-woman care and inpatient labor and delivery care. I am a strong advocate for health promotion, especially nutrition and physical activity. I also enjoy adolescent wellness and education.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy swimming, triathlons, cooking, travel, hiking and spending time with loved ones.
