"As a clinician I believe in the phrase 'Exercise is Medicine'. Exercise has an incredible effect on the body's physiological and psychological state. As a physical therapist, my role is to educate and train my patients in exercise techniques specifically designed to rehab muscles that are weak, tight or inactive. My goal is to provide simple, but effective directions so you can be independent after leaving physical therapy."
I enjoy treating runners and running injuries, as well as patients that have an injury or dysfunction of the back and hip. I have a mixed focus between exercise and manual therapy.
I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Outside of work, I am a runner, weight lifter, cyclist and hiker. I enjoy the outdoors rain or shine.
