"Addiction is a chronic disease while patients are human beings. I treat people with dignity and respect but I make no concessions for the harmful behaviors of addiction. With hard work, determination, social support and guidance; anyone can achieve long-lasting recovery."
I earned my medical degree from M. P. Shah Medical College, India. I completed my residency in internal medicine, along with a fellowship in addiction medicine, at Case Western Reserve University/St Vincent Charity Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio. I am board certified in internal medicine and addiction medicine.
I see patients aged 18 years and older for addiction treatment, including treatment for opiate addiction, alcohol abuse and other types of substance abuse.
Outside of work, I love to travel, take a stroll in nature, and go on safari. I love a good beach with warm water. On a cold rainy day, I prefer staying home and watching TV or playing a game on my computer. I also enjoy going out with friends to try different cuisine and drinks.
