It is my goal to excel as a comprehensive spine physician within the Aurora Health Care system by providing excellent, patient-centered specialty services to our community in a relationship founded upon the principles of knowledge, compassion and trust.
I incorporate an evidence-based, multi-modal approach for treating painful musculoskeletal and pain conditions. My primary goal is to improve my patients' functional independence and to help control pain, which is best accomplished in an integrated, clinical team-based setting.
I provide treatment for back pain, neck pain, joint pain, arthritis, radiculopathy, sciatica, neuropathic pain, sports-related injuries and work-related injuries. I offer treatments including epidural steroid injections, central joint injections, peripheral joint injections, prolotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, sympathetic nerve injections, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and Botox injections.
I earned my medical degree at the University of Illinois in Chicago. I completed both my residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
In my free time, I am a Greek Orthodox priest and enjoy attending church services, reading, spending time with family, gardening, music and basketball.
