As a vascular surgeon, I provide care for patients who require surgery on blood vessels located in any part of the body, including the abdomen, arms, legs, neck and chest. I treat each patient as an individual by giving them the best possible care, specifically tailored to their disease and overall health status. I take each and every day as a chance to make a positive difference in someone's life.
I provide endovascular repair of abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms, open and endovascular repair of aortoiliac disease, carotid endarterectomy, endovascular intervention for peripheral vascular disease (PVD), infrainguinal reconstruction, IVC filter placement and retrieval, and treatment for aortic dissection, renal or mesenteric vascular diseases and varicose veins. I hold special interest in combined open and endovascular revascularization for PVD.
I earned my medical degree at Sawai Man Singh Medical College in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. I completed my residency in General Surgery and fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Northwell Health in Manhasset, New York. I am board certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Additionally, I hold the following credentials: MS (Master of Surgery), MRCS (Member of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh), FACS (Fellow of American College of Surgeons) and RPVI (Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation).
