Aurora SinaiMedical Center

Overview

Aurora Sinai Medical Center (ASMC) offers comprehensive hospital care to residents of downtown Milwaukee, in alignment with the health departments of the City of Milwaukee, North Shore and Wauwatosa.

Opened in 1903, ASMC is the last remaining hospital in downtown Milwaukee and the only hospital that serves predominantly low-income neighborhoods with limited access to health care in Milwaukee’s central city.

ASMC is also home to the University of Wisconsin Medical School Clinical Campus, training the health care professionals of tomorrow in an environment known for specialty services including:

  • Bariatric surgery services
  • Cancer care
  • Cardiac care
  • Neonatal intensive care
  • Orthopedics and sports medicine
  • Senior services
  • Women’s health care
