Greg Jolly, LMT, is a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing for over 20 years, more than 10 of those years with Aurora Health Care. His philosophy is that the body needs the opportunity to heal and that a therapist needs to facilitate that healing potential.
Greg has always believed in the value of continuing education and is one of the most highly trained and experienced manual therapists in Wisconsin, including one of a handful of certified craniosacral therapists in the state. Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a very gentle, light-touch approach that releases tensions deep in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax and self-correct.
Greg has also trained extensively in visceral manipulation, a gentle, hands-on therapy that works through the body's visceral system (heart, liver, intestines and other internal organs) to locate and alleviate abnormal points of tension throughout the body. These gentle manipulations can potentially improve the functioning of individual organs, the systems the organs function within, and the structural integrity of the entire body.
Greg has further expertise in myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy, and has taught courses in breathwork, guided imagery and meditation techniques. He trained in massage for cancer patients at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital and has worked for Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic.
Greg is nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
