When Aurora Medical Center – Bay Area joined Advocate Aurora Health more than three months ago, teams began assessing the hospital's organizational structure, operations and functions to set the hospital up to deliver the most efficient, highest-quality care to the surrounding communities.
"These leaders are poised to help us provide a signature patient experience where consumers can navigate more conveniently and seamlessly across every opportunity to receive care," said Sandra Ewald, President of the Greater Green Bay market, Advocate Aurora Health.
Ed Harding, president of Aurora Medical Center – Bay Area adds, "We will continue to focus on enhancing care locally, furthering our commitment to providing robust health care services in the community and responding to local needs as they evolve."
Being part of the 9th largest not for profit health system ensures Aurora Medical Center – Bay Area will continue to be a strong and vibrant part of the community for many years to come.
"We're excited to continue building on the strong track record of serving our community," said Ewald. For more than four years, community residents have benefited from the organization's addition of urgent care services and expansion of patient access to primary care and specialized health services, a new state-of-the-art hospital and implementation of an advanced electronic health record system to enhance care coordination.
