Wraparound Milwaukee is a community-wide initiative aimed at adolescents in the juvenile justice system, emotionally disabled youth and their families.
The program helps keep kids in their homes or communities (and out of residential placement and the court system) through coordinated, "wraparound" services that address the full spectrum of each family's need.
Aurora Family Service is one of the case management agencies for Wraparound. We provide comprehensive assessment, crisis intervention and advocacy services. Our goals are to ensure children's safety in their homes, promote family self-sufficiency, and develop natural, lasting support systems that remain after services end.
The program is administered by Milwaukee County Child & Adolescent Treatment Center, with clients referred from Children's Court.
This four-hour group education program helps divorcing parents focus on the needs of their children and adapt to their changing family relationships.
