Testing & Diagnosis

Sports Injury Diagnosis at Aurora

We offer advanced imaging and diagnosis for sports injuries and conditions. Diagnostic tests available at Aurora Sports Health include:

  • X-rays to get detailed images of your bones
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to visualize bones, muscles and connective tissues like tendons and ligaments
  • Computerized tomography (CT) scan to get 3-D images of bones and soft tissues
  • MRI arthrogram to help doctors visualize the joints using an MRI and an injection of contrast dye
