Labor, delivery and postpartum
You’ll find a wide range of amenities and services available at our birthing center designed to make expecting mothers and families as comfortable as possible.
Comfortable rooms for expecting mothers and family
- Two private C-section suites dedicated to OB patients
- Nine recently remodeled, large, private labor and delivery suites with luxurious bathrooms
- 12 newly remodeled private postpartum suites with modern bathrooms
- A sleep couch and recliner for support person
- An in-room bassinet to support safe sleep and ensure infants can sleep in the room with their families. All necessary testing will be completed at bedside.
- Large flat-screen televisions, DVD players and complimentary Wi-Fi
- Portable breast pumps in each room
- Comfort carts with complimentary supplies to encourage a restful and healing environment. Supplies include aromatherapy, sound machine, eye masks, ear plugs, lip balm, lotion and more

- Three suites designed for assessing and evaluating delivery needs
- A remodeled labor unit with central fetal monitoring to ensure mother and baby are closely monitored during labor and delivery
- Birthing balls, peanut balls, squatting bars and a Comfortable Upright Birth (CUB®) chair to support movement in labor

- Prioritizing skin-to-skin contact for an hour after birth whenever possible
- Anesthesia available 24/7 to support pain management plans
- A donor breastmilk program for infants to support exclusive breastmilk goals
- Locked unit with special electronic ankle or wrist bracelets to keep newborn babies safe
- Pelvic floor therapy available inpatient and outpatient after delivery if needed

- Convenient visiting hours from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. This includes up to two support people during labor and delivery and as many as the patient would like following delivery. This is subject to change during times of high flu or COVID activity.
Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Should your infant need additional care, we offer services to ensure they have access to the best medical care available. This includes:
- Remodeled NICU with state-of-the-art equipment
- Care for infants 32 weeks and up with varying medical needs
- Neonatologists available 24/7
- Neonatal nurse practitioner on-site 24/7
- Experienced neo-natal registered nurses (RNs)
- Highly skilled respiratory therapists in-house 24/7
- Twin suite for parents to comfortably visit babies at one time
- Comfortable recliners for each family
- Speech and occupational therapists specialized in newborn care
- Portable breast pumps
- Donor breastmilk program for all infants if needed
- Lactation consultants trained in caring for preterm infants available seven days a week
- Two visitors allowed at the infant’s bedside at a time, and one visitor must be a banded visitor. No visitors under the age of 18. This is subject to change during rates of high influenza and COVID.
Lactation services
We believe education and compassionate care are key to successful breastfeeding. Our goal is to ensure every parent feels confident and supported – with someone to turn to for questions or concerns.
That’s why our lactation services department is staffed by international board-certified lactation consultants who specialize in supporting new parents throughout this journey. We offer prenatal education to help you prepare for your baby and provide ongoing support before, during and after birth.
Working closely with our providers and healthcare team, we deliver the highest level of care through inpatient, outpatient, virtual visits and phone consultations. We're here to support you every step of the way.
