Our Services

Issues with hearing can be very complex. We’re here to help you find answers. Our comprehensive range of evaluations and tests focus on improving, correcting or maintaining your hearing.

Hearing Evaluations

Our audiologists are skilled in testing all ages (including infants), as well as people with special needs. All testing is performed in a sound booth with state-of-the-art equipment.

Hearing Aid Evaluation

If a hearing aid is recommended for you, we’ll guide you through your options and help you find a device that best meets your needs. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident, and build a lasting relationship with your provider.

Hearing Aid Checks & Maintenance

We’ll help ensure your hearing aid continues to do the best job for you, and make adjustments as needed.

Advanced & Specialty Testing

For specialized needs, we provide advanced medical testing including:

  • Electronystamography (ENG)
  • Electrocochleography (EcoG)
  • Auditory brainstem response (ABR)
  • Multiple Auditory Steady State Evoked Response (MASTER)
  • Otoacoustic emission testing
  • Intraoperative monitoring

Interpreter services are available for all types of appointments, at no charge. If you’d like an interpreter, just let us know before your appointment.

Community Programs

Everyone deserves to enjoy the sounds of our world. That’s why our audiologists collaborate with other providers (both within and outside of Aurora Health Care) to bring audiology and hearing services to our community.

Universal Newborn Hearing Screening

All babies born at Aurora hospitals are screened at birth for hearing loss. We work with nursery staff to make sure any babies who may have hearing issues get timely testing, counseling and treatment.

Balance & Vestibular Program

We work closely with physicians and physical therapists to ensure disorders associated with dizziness are properly diagnosed and treated.

Community Service

Our audiologists participate in various education programs and provide services like free hearing screenings and counseling at health fairs.

Devices & Aids

Get help finding the right hearing aid or protective device. Our audiologists can help you choose from a wide range of options, such as:

  • Hearing aids personalized to your needs, with a variety of manufacturers and price levels to choose from
  • Assistive listening devices, such as telephone amplifiers, infrared systems for the TV and personal FM systems
  • Hearing protection devices, including customized devices for musicians, employees in loud environments and those needing to protect their hearing recreationally
  • Custom earmolds for swimming, or for connecting to cell phones or personal communication/entertainment devices
