Overview

This online course will teach you stress management techniques that are easy to learn and simple to practice. They can help you manage fear, worry and anxiety and can help promote faster healing with less pain or discomfort. These same relaxation practices can be used whenever you feel stress building up in your daily life.

At different points throughout this site you will have three options on how to learn the material:

  • The text version which will appear on your screen
  • An audio version so you can listen to the information and relaxation exercises
  • A video version so you can see and hear the techniques being demonstrated
