Integrative Medicine

Treating the whole person

Integrative medicine – also known as holistic or complementary medicine – is the thoughtful, evidence-based combination of modern or conventional medicine with holistic medicine to help people on their journey to health and wellness. Our Integrative Medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants have advanced training through the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. They use a wide range of integrative medicine therapies that aim to treat the whole person – mind, body and spirit.

Where Integrative Medicine Meets Orthopedics

When it comes to orthopedic conditions and sports injuries, we believe traditional treatments like physical therapy and surgery are only part of the equation. That’s why we offer a complete range of holistic medicine therapies from caregivers with advanced training in integrative medicine. Our integrative medicine specialists work hand in hand with our orthopedists and sports medicine doctors to relieve your symptoms and get to the source of your pain – from diagnosis through rehabilitation and recovery. Our goal: to help you find the right care, so you can get back to living life on your terms.
