Sexual assault leaves emotional wounds that can affect the way you interact with the world around you. Like any wound, getting proper care gives you the best chances of getting better. But healing wounds from sexual assault requires a special type of care. And you can get that care at Aurora.

We invite any sexual assault or domestic violence survivor to contact us – even if the incident occurred years ago. We are a source of comfort and understanding any time of the day or night.

  • Visiting one of our Aurora healing center locations (you do not need an appointment)
  • Going to any Aurora forensic nursing location
  • Visiting any Aurora emergency room

As a comprehensive sexual assault treatment center, Aurora offers more of the support and services survivors need in one program. As a result, more providers, local agencies and community organizations turn to us to help people in need. Refer to us.

Specialized Exams and Support for Sexual Assault Survivors

Our forensic nurses make it possible for survivors to pursue their legal rights after sexual assault or domestic violence. From collecting evidence to providing court testimony, we are by your side when it matters most. Our forensic nursing experts are available to you even if you do not wish to press charges.
