Pitcher Academy

More Strikes & Your Personal Best

Now you can have your own pitching coach, just like the pros. Our pitcher academy helps baseball and softball players get the ball into the strike zone. Let our experts show you how to pitch your best game yet.

Pitcher Performance Training

We provide one-on-one training to:

  • Improve consistency
  • Increase the power of your pitch
  • Prevent injuries like shoulder pain

To help you reach your goals, our program includes an assessment of your current form and abilities and personalized recommendations from our pitching experts. These recommendations may include special exercises to protect your shoulder – so you can throw strong, accurate pitches all season long.

The Aurora Difference

Expert Training for Baseball & Softball Pitchers

We are a trusted sports medicine partner to the Sheboygan A’s semi-professional baseball team. Now the same level of expertise is available to you through our pitcher academy.

Highlights of our program include:

  • Access to sports medicine experts: If you experience pain when you pitch, we’ll help you get treatment from our large sports medicine team. At Aurora, you’ll have access to doctors who specialize in shoulder problems and shoulder surgery.
  • Proven results: Our performance programs help people enjoy the activities they love without pain. Jason B., a member of the Milwaukee Men’s Senior Baseball League, thought he’d have to hang up his cleats after shoulder surgery. Our experts helped Jason strengthen his shoulder and improve his delivery so he could pitch without pain. Now he pitches back-to-back games without any problems. • Support for local sports leagues: Our athletic trainers help baseball and softball players have a safe and healthy season.
