Our program is designed to help runners of all skill levels improve their form. Running with the proper form is one of the best ways to reduce your risk for common injuries, including stress fractures. We also help you run more efficiently, which can shave seconds or even minutes off your pace.
You’ll receive your assessment and recommendations in one 90-minute session with an Aurora physical therapist or licensed athletic trainer. You can also meet with us in a follow-up session to ask questions and receive even more personalized recommendations.
